Yesterday, I interviewed Ashlee Simpson about her upcoming album, Bittersweet World, due out April 22nd, and of course about the pregnancy rumors that are storming the media these days. She didn’t want to talk about the rumor, but she did tell me about her engagement and even seemed receptive to the idea of a green wedding honoring the environment. And if they (Pete Wentz and Ashley) do have a green wedding, I am taking full credit for the idea. Ha!
Ashlee and I talked about everything from Salvador Dali’s surrealism, dirty song lyrics, to bad boyfriends, working with Timbaland to others she worked with on her album including Santi White (aka Santogold), Kenna, Chad Hugo from the Neptunes, and Tom Higgenson of Plain White T’s.
