Man I just was not a big fan any of the videos this week. but I do appreciate what you guys do I bought two albums so far because of the show Duke spirit and Yeasayer and i might pick up the frightened rabbits LP. Love Psychedelico and The Greyboy Allstars songs were passable and I wouldn’t change the radio station. Scarlett Johansson’s song just didn’t do it for me but I could probably fit it in with the other two and not change a station. The other two songs ….. well I guess I wouldn’t mind if I never heard them again. Sorry just a big fan of those genres. Also it would be cool if the panelists were not so damn nice about the videos. if they think once sucks they should say so. James you seem to just kind of like every video you see.

The Birthday Massacre should’ve won this. They were the most different ones up there and all of their music is like nothing you’ve ever heard before; Love Psychedelico was pretty good too. The Cab was a little too pop for me. I suppose TBM was a little too hard for you mainstream kids.

Hey Mike-
Point taken, but these videos were actually all pretty good in my book! Trust me, I’ve trashed videos before up and down…in fact the first time I was on the show I got in trouble with a band for sh*t talking them. They sent me a Myspace message and everything. Turns out I was right because they never went anywhere…but take my word for it…if I think a video blows, I will gladly rip it a new one. Thanks for watching though!

I agree that the cab is going to take over the world someday. They have such a differnt sound and they dont try to be like anyone else. I can name hundreds of bands that sound exactly the same, but i really cant find one that sounds like the cab. i was in love with these guys the very first time i saw them. Alex Deleon’s voice is probaly the best voice i have ever heard, no joke. not to mention, there fan base with all the tours they have been one has grown 100 times in the last half year which is amazing. I’ve never met a person that didnt like these guys once they heard them, and thats pretty hard to do. I can strongly say the The Cab is the one band i can see every minute of everyday and never get bored with them.

The Cab, is an amazing band! That have such a unique sound, its like pop rock/alternative with like soul in it. There are no other bands like this one, thier lyrics & sound is amazing. And Alex DeLeon his voice is angelic, honestly. This kids vocals are amazing, his voice is very R&B sounding, very soulful, and i think thats what makes the band so different, because of his voice. Anyway i think everyone here should totally buy thier new CD ‘Whisper War’ you won’t regret it, you’ll most likely love every single song on there. I DO! So buy it, and check for the next time they are doing a show in your town. If i say so myself, they are even more amazing in person! I LOVE you Alex DeLeon, Ian Crawford, Alex Marshall, Alex Johnson, & Cash Colligan!
